Do I need a used car dealer license to sell salvage title cars on-line? - used salvage yamaha outboard parts

I want to buy cars, sell and save songs to the public. I need a license car dealer selling used cars to save tracks online? Can I run a home office instead of renting an office expensive if you buy and sell one or two cars at once and put the car in the garage of my house?
